Full Service Wedding Package
  • On-site for rehearsal of ceremony generally 1 to 1½ hours
  • On-site the day of the wedding for vendor deliveries, ceremony, reception, tear-down generally 12 to 16 hours (The wedding coordinator assists with all aspects of the ceremony, and at the reception will coordinate announcements, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss and the departure of the bride and groom. The parents vehicle will also be completely packed with all personal items, gifts, extra cake, veil, etc.)
  • Planning meetings to discuss budget, vendors, family information, ceremony, pew seating, transportation, scheduling, music, etc. These meetings will encompass all 13 pages of the Angela L. Nix Wedding Planning Check-list.
  • Create a schedule for the week of the wedding usually 10 to 18 pages of information for everyone to stay organized and on time
  • Calls week of to reconfirm all vendors, musicians, etc., including set-up and tear-down times
  • Fax or e-mail final schedule to vendors
  • Meet bride week of wedding to pick-up all items, such as toasting goblets, guest book, etc.
  • Phone calls to book photographer, videographer, baker, florist, linen, etc., review contracts, mail deposits, make appointments.
  • Order Rentals, review contract, mail deposits
  • Appointments at all of the vendors
  • Calls to get band demo tapes, review final contract, mail deposit
  • (1) Wedding Gown Fitting appointment to learn bustle
  • Assist with hair and make-up artist scheduling
  • Block hotel rooms, get contracts
  • Help create "Save the Date" cards with maps, hotel information, shuttle information, golf information
  • Meet with reception site to create floorplan, get estimate, menu sample, beverage information
  • Menu tasting meeting at reception site
  • Create letter for all wedding attendants and family with final dates, times, locations, attire, etc.
  • Write engagement announcement, take to Houston Chronicle, proof
  • Phone calls to hire ceremony musicians, review contracts, mail deposits
  • Help with ceremony announcement, take to Houston Chronicle, proof
  • Assist with order of service for ceremony
  • Assist with ceremony program, have printed, 2 proofs
  • If needed: On site for bridal portrait in Houston Metro area, including pick up of wedding gown and bouquet
  • Check on room block and hotel, get print out
  • Select wedding invitations, review 2 proofs Call RSVP's that have not responded
  • Return of cake boards
  • Pick-up tuxedos at hotel and return to shop
  • Delivery of hotel gift baskets
  • If needed: Booking of transportation and review contracts
  • Hiring security
  • Use of Bridal Emergency Kit & Steamer day-of wedding

FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PACKAGE - $8,100

Note: If extra staff is needed to assist, the charge will be $35.00 per hour per staff member.


Limited Service Wedding Package

  • One meeting at linen rental company.
  • Attend final planning meeting at reception site.
  • If needed:

       Hiring security

LIMITED SERVICE WEDDING PACKAGE - $3,800

In this package, additional meetings with vendors are not included. We are available to go on any vendor appointment at a rate of $105.00 per hour.


Travel Fees

  • Katy, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Spring, Sugar Land:
    $35.00 round trip

  • Richmond, Seabrook, NASA:
    $50.00 round trip

  • All others as follows:
    Mileage @ $.54 per mile
    Gas @ $1.89/gallon (or current price)
    Drive time @ $35.00 per hour
    Valet at hotel, Tips as required
    (For example...Galveston, Brookshire, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas)

  • For destination weddings outside the Houston Metro Area:
    Cost of airfare – round trip
    Cost of any increased baggage fee to transport wedding items
    Cost of lodging in same hotel as guests and/or reception
    Note: This guest room must be larger than a typical room if wedding items, party favors, wedding gown, etc. will be stored there.
    Meals
    Transportation once in the city, i.e.: rental car, taxi
